① Profibus—DP（1）

主站為（CPU417—4DP，從站為ET一200。主站與從站間的通信基于主一從原理，主站負責在預定的信息周期內循環(huán)與從站交換信息，在總線上向從站發(fā)送數據并向從站讀取數據，只有當主站Strand PLC請求時總線上的DP從站才可能活動，才能與主站進行數據交換。也就是說，DP從站被DP主站按輪詢表依次訪問，主站與從站間的用戶數據連續(xù)地交換而不考慮用戶數據的內容。圖4指出在DP主站上是怎樣處理輪詢表的。主站與從站間的一個報文循環(huán)由DP主站發(fā)出的請求幀（輪詢報文）和由DP從站返回的有關應答或響應幀組成。

② Profibus—DP（2）

主站為CPU417—4DP，從站為Siemens公司的23臺變頻器。為了連接成Profibus系統(tǒng)，必須采用Profibus模板。這一模板安裝在變頻器的正面，通過RS一485串行接口與變頻器進行通信。Profibus模板是一個可選件，用戶采用這一選件后，可以通過Profibus—DP串行總線（SINECL2一P）對MicroMaster4進行控制。所有的變頻器參數都可以通過串行鏈路進行訪問，變頻器的從站地址（參數P0918）必須正確設置，使它與Profibus主站上配置的從站地址相一致，總線上定義的每個變頻器的地址必須是唯一的，這樣，PIE 與變頻器才能正常、準確地進行通信。
