此粘合劑自動噴涂機是由機架、旋轉平臺、噴涂系統、干燥系統、控制系統和污氣過濾系統等組成，是我公司經過自主創新而開發設計的。主要用于汽車零部件、金屬橡膠件、減震器金屬件膠粘合劑的噴涂，也可用于機械行業的零件表面油漆的噴涂。本噴涂設備具有自動化程度高，環保，高生產率等諸多優點。主要技術指標已達到甚至超過國際同類產品。

The adhesive automatic spraying machine is composed of frame, rotating platb, spraying system, drying system, control system and sewage filtration system. it is developed and designed by our company through independent innovation. It is mainly used for spraying adhesive of automobile parts, bl rubber parts and shock absorbers, and can also be used for spraying surface paint of parts in mechanical industry. The spraying equipment has many advantages, such as high degree of automation, environmental protection, high productivity and so on. The main technical indicators have reached or even exceeded the same kind of international products.

工藝流程：

Process flow: 

骨架→裝料→預熱→第一次噴涂底膠→第一次干燥→第二次噴涂面膠→第二次干燥→卸料。（裝料和卸料采用手工操作）
