鄭州東源公司，ZDV-04型托輥是我公司在傳統老產品的基礎上、結合國內外最新加工技術、集數十名專家教授和工程技術人員多年研究之功、擁有國家專利產品的精心之作。廣泛應用于化工化肥（磷酸，磷肥，氯化銨，純堿，氧化鋁種子，鈦白粉，選礦），等強酸強堿工作環境中，具有超長使用壽命。
The ZDV-04 conveyor idlers are mature products developed by scores of professors and engineers over ten years of research and development. These idlers have been developed on the basis of advanced technology at home and abroad and patents have been granted.
ZDV-04托輥除軸和軸承為鋼制外，其余組件全部由熱塑性工程塑料制成。
The outer shells of the PTS conveyor idlers are made of engineered thermoplastics. The axles and bearings are made of steel.

PTS托輥與傳統金屬托輥相比，具有如下優點：
Compared with traditional bllic conveyor idlers, PTS idlers have the following distinctive features:
1、精度高：管體采用PTS高分子管材，PTS高分子材料是我公司引進先進擠出生產設備、使用自主創新的專有技術加工的同軸度高、圓度高、直線度高、壁厚均勻的高品質、高剛度、高精度管體；
High Quality: The PTS polymer materials used in the production of the outer shell are produced by advanced extrusion equipment imported from abroad together with our own innovative technology. The products are characterized by a stronger, more precisely constructed cylindrical outer shell mounted on a more precisely located central axle than is obtained with standard steel idlers.
2、壽命長：在同等條件下其壽命是標準金屬托輥的三倍以上；
Longer Usage Life: The life of our products is twice as long as traditional steel idlers under the same conditions.
3、重量輕：重量比同等金屬托輥輕1/3左右，搬運安裝方便，大大降低勞動強度、縮短維修時間、提高生產效率；
Light in Weight: The weight is only 2/3 of the steel idlers (see chart I), making installation and transportation easier, thus enhancing production efficiency by reducing labour intensity and shortening repair time.
4、不腐蝕、耐磨損：管體和軸承座采用高強度耐磨耐腐的PTS工程塑料，所以既耐磨又不腐蝕，適用范圍更加廣泛；
The PTS engineering plastic components are more corrosion and wear resistant than the equivalent steel products.
5、密封好：采用三級密封，水和粉塵難以逾越；
Better Sealing: Three-tier sealing guarantees excellent water and dust proofing capability.
6、降噪環保：得益于熱塑性材料具有吸震性，在皮帶扣聯接的膠帶運輸機上，皮帶扣與PTS管體的接觸噪聲比皮帶扣與金屬管體的接觸噪聲低15分貝左右，使工作環境更環保；
Low Noise: The thermoplastic conveyor idlers produce 15 DB less noise, which guarantees a friendlier working environment.
7、不損害膠帶：其表面硬度略高于膠帶且沒有磨蝕性，在托輥滯轉的工況下，因管體短時被磨細而離開膠帶，從而使膠帶得到保護，因此與皮帶的匹配性更佳；
Reduced Belt Wear: The surface hardness of the outer shell is only slightly higher than the belt. If an idler seizes, the belt is protected from wear because the outer shell is worn away very quickly, so the potential for damage to the belt is less than occurs with steel idlers.
8、節能降耗：其旋轉部分重量輕，所需驅動力小，每千米膠帶輸送機每年節約電力數萬至數十萬Kw.h。同時因其旋轉部分重量輕，轉動慣量就小，是標準金屬托輥的轉動慣量的1/2、電機啟動電流降低，運行阻力小，且制動更容易；
Energy Saving Capability: With 2/3rds the total weight and half the rotational inertia, there is much less energy required for both starting and running of the conveyor belt, saving significant amounts of electricity. The lower rotational inertia also ensures easier braking.
9、可以循環使利用：旋轉部件失效后，由于整體無焊點，托輥軸可以回收復用幾次，軸承和塑料件可以回收為廢舊鋼鐵和塑料；
Recyclable: If any part of the idler breaks down, the interference fit assembly allows the undamaged components to be recycled several times.
10、阻燃抗靜電：經國家采煤機檢測中心檢驗合格，取得了國家安全標志辦公室頒發《煤礦產品安全標志證書》；
Flame-resistant and antistatic: Our products have passed the test conducted by National Coalmining Machine Detection Centre and have been granted the certificate for safe products for coal mine issued by the Centre.
11、安全性高：運行過程中不會與膠帶扣磨損出火花，而且也不會因運輸機架變形等原因使托輥不轉的工礦下與膠帶磨擦產生高溫；
Better Safety Guarantee: If the conveyor frame fails and the troughing idlers collapse together and are able to touch, no sparks are caused and there is no high temperature frictional heating.
綜合上述優點，使用PTS托輥會大幅降低綜合成本、節能環保、保障設備的運行可靠性、提高生產安全性，也符合國家循環經濟的方針政策。
To sum up, the PTS conveyor idlers last longer and reduce energy consumption. When they do ultimaby wear out, they are easier and safer to change due to their lighter weight.
