l 本手冊為您介紹熱轉(zhuǎn)印機(jī)器的安裝、操作、功能設(shè)置和故障診斷、排除等事項。

l 不正確的安裝和使用可能會導(dǎo)致熱轉(zhuǎn)印機(jī)的損壞或發(fā)生其他意外事故。在裝機(jī)之前，請務(wù)必詳細(xì)閱讀本手冊并正確安裝和使用。

l 轉(zhuǎn)印機(jī)長期運(yùn)行在工業(yè)場合中，由于環(huán)境的溫度、濕度、粉塵及操作的影響，機(jī)器本身的器件的老化及磨損等原因，都會導(dǎo)致轉(zhuǎn)印設(shè)備潛在故障的發(fā)生，因此有必要對本設(shè)備進(jìn)行日常和定期的檢查與維護(hù)。

ZS系列型滾筒式升華熱轉(zhuǎn)印印花設(shè)備,采用導(dǎo)熱油層周邊電加熱發(fā)熱導(dǎo)流的原理設(shè)計制造,升溫快,筒體表面溫度均衡穩(wěn)定,毯帶脫離等合理的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu),配用三相變頻調(diào)速裝置,使整機(jī)操作簡單,維修方便,轉(zhuǎn)印效果達(dá)到最佳,廣泛適用于國內(nèi)外數(shù)碼印花行業(yè).

n 注意事項Announcements 

n 本說明書提供給客戶安裝調(diào)試,參數(shù)設(shè)定,故障診斷及操作使用的有關(guān)注意事項,務(wù)請妥善保管.

n 在安裝調(diào)試使用前,請您仔細(xì)閱讀本說明書,以免由于誤操作而引起設(shè)備,甚至人身安全事故損失.

n 用戶必須按照本機(jī)額定功率選配供電導(dǎo)線和安裝專用漏電保護(hù)開關(guān).

n 開機(jī)前機(jī)器外表必須牢固單獨(dú)接地,否則可能造成嚴(yán)重的人身傷害事故.

n 本機(jī)器必須安裝在通風(fēng)、光亮的場所.機(jī)器周圍不得少于1.5米空間,垂直水平安裝.

n 工作中發(fā)生異常情況應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查.同時應(yīng)把毯帶脫離滾筒,并用風(fēng)扇幫助散熱冷卻,防止損壞毯帶.

n 操作人員必須嚴(yán)格遵守機(jī)器各部位的禁令標(biāo)志進(jìn)行操作.

n 因為是熱工機(jī)械，所以在使用過程中，軸棍或發(fā)熱體及大小軸承可能因熱膨脹關(guān)系會發(fā)出一些響聲，這是屬于正常現(xiàn)象，不必驚慌。

n 機(jī)箱內(nèi)的控制線路板上及變頻器上，平常應(yīng)保持清潔，不能有灰塵等金屬導(dǎo)電物品掉入。轉(zhuǎn)電器保護(hù)罩不得打開，小心觸電。

n 需更換發(fā)熱體、減速機(jī)、導(dǎo)熱油等，必須采用本公司專用型號，不得私自更改、更換。

n 發(fā)熱筒體外表經(jīng)過特殊處理不得用腐蝕性液體擦洗及有硬物進(jìn)入劃傷。

n 關(guān)機(jī)時確保溫度低于80度以下，關(guān)掉總電源

n 機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時一定要有人在位，停電時及時把毛毯與滾筒完全分離

n 機(jī)器原料進(jìn)入口請不要堆放雜物，以免被滾筒卷入造成
