一、簡介

YL800PC為重型機型，馬達采用雙頻控制，穩定省電；操作采用雙面牙桿調整，簡單方便；出紙采用多條皮帶配合吸風保證連續不斷并準確給紙；獨有三板式預折，使給紙更準確；提供上下糊桶左右兩組，適合各種變化的產品；采用光電計數器，可定量計數，裝有自動踢板裝置（可選裝自動噴記裝置）；輸送壓臺采用特殊材料，確保產品完美無缺；適合一般兩折盒，及四折、六折或四折勾底；在本機基本配置的基礎上，有針對性的增加輔件，更能適應各類特殊變化的盒型。本機主要適用于小型包裝，如化妝品、藥品、酒盒及其它卡紙包裝、瓦楞紙包裝。調試簡單，操作簡易方便。

This machine is mainly suitable for small packaging, such as cosmetic box, medicine boxes, wine boxes and other paper and corrugated packaging. Simple debugging, easy and convenient operation.

二、組成部分

分為給紙、折返、底貼、本折、傳壓五個部分。

Components:

Paper feeding, pre-folding, bottom glueing, folding, pressing five units.

1)      給紙部：

由六條30mm寬給紙帶配合吸風馬達；12mm金屬板橫向調動單板獨立操作設定寬度，壓花動力導輪引導出紙皮帶；左右二邊設擋板，配合產品式樣左右調動；給紙部配二把出紙刀，根據實樣調節不對稱長度；吸風強度由吸風開關控制；整體配合完成快速度簡便連續自動正確給紙；配無段變速調節進紙距離。

Feeding unit: feeding belts width 30mm 6 pcs with adsorption motor ; Use12 mm bl plate to set width and the power roller drive the paper belts; Left and right two sides baffle, adjusted according to the product styles;

With two paper knife, asymmetric adjustment according to the real sample length;the intensity of the suction controls by the switch; Stepless feed distance adjustment

2）折返部：

前段配置左右邊預折刀，可完成小邊邊貼的預折135度；后段左右邊均有任意線預折180度裝置；使盒子撐開時更容易，調整尺寸均由電機調整，調整尺寸更準確、便捷。

Pre-folding unit: Front end has folding knife, can complete the edge folding 135 degree; back end on left and right sides has arbitrary folding device 180 degrees; Make it easier to open the boxes. Dimensions are adjusted by the motor, more accurate and convenient.

3） 底貼部：

所有糊筒可裝卸；上糊筒配左右各一個；下糊筒配左右各一個，根據實際情況選用，糊筒的糊量可調節，穩定、保養簡便；提供的糊輪厚度是4mm，也可按客戶特別要求選用；糊筒采用堅固、耐用的全鋼材質；底貼由四組勾底裝置配合完成。

4） 本折部：

本折部選用30mm底部和30mm寬的拐帶組合而成；左右兩邊完成第二折線180度，第四折線180度完全結合；左右導輪根據不同位置調教以配合折盒更順暢；下方軸承支持引導皮帶正確運轉，調整尺寸均由電機調整，調整尺寸更準確、便捷。

5） 傳壓部：

上下傳動可調節長度；配皮帶松緊自動調整系統；連續自動積盒方式確保盒子整齊進入輸送部；電計數器自動踢板兩用裝置；配有空壓系統和壓著輸道系統。可根據不同盒型、紙質調節壓輪，使盒子壓貼更加完美。

6） 輸送部：（根據客戶紙板要求添加）

采用獨立500mm寬，4mm厚的瑞士進口皮帶柔軟適中，并配合海棉帶不會壓傷成品，氣動調節壓力；使勾底盒壓膠更完美。整個輸送部可前后移動；均衡壓著，整齊輸送，確保完美品質；輸送部速度根據主機轉動速度配合光電器自動調節，也可選用手動運轉方式及速度；由橡膠輪組成一組功能裝置。
