●SNH三螺桿泵概述：
三螺桿泵主要用于處理潤滑、帶粘性的流動性液體介質如：燃料油、潤滑油、液壓油、礦物油，
所輸送的介質中不得含有任何磨料顆粒和對泵材料有腐蝕的物質。也可以采用磁力驅動方式，
用于要求零泄漏或有污染可能甚至有毒的工況場合，如一些流程工業和環境工程。也可用于處理防凍液。
對被抽送介質不能有任何磨損或化學物質的腐蝕性材料。如有腐蝕性，訂貨請另行說明，
必須采用符合對應腐蝕性液體的工業材料。
●SNH三螺桿泵設計原理
SNH三螺桿泵是按國家標準GB10887-89設計、制造生產。SNH三螺桿泵是轉子式容積泵，
它是利用螺桿嚙合原理，依靠旋轉的螺桿在泵套內相互嚙合，把被輸送的介質封閉在嚙合腔內，
沿螺桿軸向連續勻速地推至排出口，為系統提供穩定的壓力。三螺桿泵適用于輸送各種無腐蝕性
油類及類似油和潤滑性液體。輸送液體的粘度范圍一般為3.0～760mm2/S(1.2～100°E)，
高粘度介質可通過加溫降粘后輸送。其溫度一般不超過350℃。

●焊接三螺桿泵(螺桿輸油泵)特點
1. 三螺桿泵是一種容積式泵，它是利用相互嚙合的螺桿的旋轉把液體排送出去的辦法來進行輸送的，
其壓力沒有脈動，壓力取決于該泵所串入的管路系統的阻圧損失或總負載。
2.SNH---E…Y 型泵是我公司在 SN 系列基礎上派生出來的雙層加熱泵體結構，其泵體是用鋼管和鋼板焊接而成的。
在外層加熱套的水平對稱位置焊接一對蒸汽進出管，蒸汽進入加熱套內作為傳輸液體，
對所輸送的介質進行加熱及預熱（蒸汽吹掃溫度≤ 280 ℃）。該泵主要用于石油、化工、煉油廠、油庫、輸油站等行業，
輸送高粘度，流動性差的液體，如：重油，渣油，瀝青，原油等。

流量 Q ： 1-318m 3 /h
壓力 P ： 0-4.0MPa
介質最高粘度：υ≤ 10000mm 2 /s
介質最高溫度： T ≤ 280 ℃（ SNH---E15Y ≤ 200 ℃ , SNH---E15TG ≤ 280 ℃）
轉速： n ≤ 1450r/min

• 由于 SNH---E…Y 型泵，必須根據使用條件，確定泵的規格，
密封型號，材料，電機等，故定貨時請寫明：流量，壓力，液體的粘度，溫度等。
• 對電機有特殊要求的還需寫明：防爆等級，防潮等級，電壓，工作環境等。
