Machined Parts Laser Welding
We adopt fully automatic laser welding machines, 3D CNC moving platbs and rotary chucks.
Welding size limit: within 300×300×300 mm.
Workpiece thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 2mm is available for welding processing.
Special Metal Welding with Zero Debation
We provide thin-wall welding, capillary tube, thin-walled pipe and slender shaft welding, as well as precision spot welding, lap welding and hermetic sealing welding. No post-processing is required.
Encapsulation & Welding for Electronic Components
No thermal damage occurs during processing.
It is applicable to precision bl welding of various sealed housings, shielding shells, bases and pedestals.
Services are available for both mass production and sporadic single-piece orders.
