GRS認(rèn)證審核準(zhǔn)則及相關(guān)文件

The organization shall establish, implement and maintain procedures and / or work instructions covering all applicable requirements of the GRS.  1.被審核方應(yīng)建立、實施和維護(hù)覆蓋GRS認(rèn)證所有使用要求的程序和/或者工作指引。     ( Kindly attach the above related documents )  2.請隨附相關(guān)手冊（程序或者文件）     For Each production step, the records shall demonstrate the balance between the GRS bs and the outputs containing the declared final amount of Claimed Material. These records shall enable the CB to perb Volume Reconciliations.  3.對于每個生產(chǎn)步驟，生產(chǎn)記錄應(yīng)說明GRS投入和產(chǎn)出，并能體現(xiàn)最終含有回收成分產(chǎn)品數(shù)量之間的平衡。 這些記錄應(yīng)可以讓審核公司進(jìn)行數(shù)量核對。     All records used in the implementation and/or verification of the GRS shall be retained by the Organization for a minimum of five years  4.在實施和/或驗證GRS時所使用的所有記錄應(yīng)由被審核方保留至少五年。     The organization shall maintain and communicate bly defined roles and responsibilities for all staff and management that may have an impact on the implementation of the standard.  5.被審核方應(yīng)維護(hù)和溝通所有可能有關(guān)系的執(zhí)行層和管理層，明確規(guī)定的角色和職責(zé)。     The organization shall appoint a management representative to be responsible for the overall compliance to the GRS Standard.  6.被審核方應(yīng)指定一名管理者代表負(fù)責(zé)GRS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所有事項。     (Kindly attach the appoint letter of the Management representative responsible for the GRS standard compliance)  7.(請附上GRS管理者代表任命書)     The staff responsible for each procedure impacted by GRS shall be given proper and regular training with regards to the implementation of the Standard.  8.對于負(fù)責(zé)GRS程序的相關(guān)職員，應(yīng)對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的執(zhí)行情況給予適當(dāng)和定期的培訓(xùn)（請詳細(xì)說明培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容，以確認(rèn)職員了解GRS的目的和要求，以確保產(chǎn)品的含量真實完整）     The Organization has procedures in place to maintain the integrity of the Claimed Material throughout processing  9.被審核方應(yīng)在生產(chǎn)加工中具有相關(guān)程序以保持被認(rèn)證原料的真實完整。     Claimed material identity is preserved from commingling or substitution.  10.被認(rèn)證原料特性不受其他混雜或者替代。     Claimed Material identity is preserved from accidental commingling or substitution.  11.被認(rèn)證原料特性不受意外混雜或者替代影響。     Products containing Claimed Materials are prevented from accidental commingling or substitution with other products during transport  12.產(chǎn)品含有被認(rèn)證原料在運輸過程中不得與其他產(chǎn)品發(fā)生意外混雜或替換。     Products containing Claimed Material are prevented from commingling or accidental substitution with other products during storage.  13.產(chǎn)品含有被認(rèn)證原料在存儲過程中不得與其他產(chǎn)品發(fā)生意外混雜或替換。     Diagram and debion of all material and product flows (Kindly attach the unit layout/floor plan)  14.請圖示和描述被認(rèn)證原料和產(chǎn)品的流程。（請附上工廠布局/平面圖）
